I have a "manual" elliptical ... I take 10 calories for each minute... mine is pretty intense... 10 minutes is 100 calories logged... I still can't do ten minutes straight through... I start & stop the timer on my phone to get a total of ten minutes!

My favorite recipe is Veggie Cottage Cheese. 1/2 c. cottage cheese with lots of finely chopped, mixed veggies ( I use pampered chef chopper) and a drizzle of worcestshire sauce and sprinkle of black pepper. I use any combination of vegetables on hand, but favorites are radishes, onion, broccoli, carrots, celery, Enjoy!

too bad you can't shop on-line... Enell is the best sports bra I've ever used... it was suggested on an Oprah show years ago. I couldn't enjoy Zumba class without it!
