  • well, week 1 of "getting back on track" after my summer slide went ok. I was successful with my water intake each day! Now this week to keep up the water and start to incorporate back in the excercise! CW 233
  • So I haven't done a weigh in in about 3 wks because I have been so dissapointed in myself. I have let the summer and its food get the best of me, and have gained 4 pounds as of today. (Sweet Tea has been a big problem spot for me) CW 234 This weeks goal for me - get back to my min of 8 glasses of water a day!
  • I seem to be making a habit of these late weigh in! But the scale sais the exact SAME thing this week. 231.4 At least it didn't go up with all the junk I have eaten over the holiday!

  • Everyone is doing so well!! :flowerforyou: I had Mon and Tues off of work this week, so I haven't been able to weigh myself.   • Take an angle food cake and cut it into larger than bitesized chunks. Layer a pan or trifle dish with the angel food cake, mixed fat/sugar free vanilla pudding, fresh sliced stawberries. Sometimes we add fatfree coolwhip on top.
  • No changes this week :sad: Didn't do so hot on my water each day, but I did start to exercise
  • Not a very big loss this week. Only lost .05lb so down to 235.2. I did fine with the water, and about half of the fruit/veggies, and did horrible with the working out. So My goal for this week will be to get all of my exercise in! SW 250 CW235.2 GW180
  • christina_255, OMG that is wonderful!!! Congratulations!!! One of the things I hate about being a size 20 is finding clothes. That is one of the things I am looking forward to is being able to walk in any store and know that I can buy clothes off the rack, even if it is an XL I know that it will fit!
  • i have used to sparkpeople recipe calculator a few times, and it seemed pretty reliable. It can be difficult to find some items if you don't word it just right though

  • I have now logged in for 115 days in a row!!!!! This is a BIG accomplishment for me. I would like to buy a bike this weekend for something new for exercise. There is a trail about a mile from my house so hopefully I can put some wear on it this summer. The weather is getting SOOO nice, and I just want to be outside!

  • I always weigh in here at work, and since I don't work monday or tuesday this week I am weighing in today! down just over a pound this week (1.3 to be exact) to 235.7!!!!!!

  • So far, so good on the water!! I pulled out one of my Nalgene bottles, and keep that filled. It holds just over 32oz so I just keep in mind that I have to drink 2 bottles each day. how is everyone else doing?
  • Down 1 pound to 237. Better than Nothing. Ok so, drinking all 8 glasses of water every day this week. Going to be tough, but I knowcan do it! I find that (at least for me) It is easier to drink water that is not ice cold.
  • No change. still 238.0. But I haven't used the bathroom yet. Thats good for at least a couple onces, right!!!:laugh:
