would you say you have good muscle tone? Do you exercise and workout? Active or are you sedentary... individuals can be fairly small.. you say your not that big... and still have a large body fat percentage. Body fat is not based on the size of your body.. it is based on the amount of fat on your body!

My husband has gym.. he had most of it when we met. I personally always liked my bike and jogging.. I LOVE outdoors! What works for me.. does not work for him.. we have seperate wsork out buddies.. but once in a while we work out together! I know we shoul eat a variety of foods... but my thought... UNLESS your eating cherries every day and thats all your eating.. odds are.. this phase will passs... just count them and your calories! If you eat your entire days worth in cherries... Well yum!
