Sports authority recommendation {to buy elsewhere} is why they are filing bankruptcy and is an ethics issue.

If you are using all, or most of, these ingredients in each smoothie-could just be overload and one or two won't bother you.

Most protein calcs are .6-.8 g per lb. at 122-124 that puts me just under 100g protein per day. Hard for me to get but am doing much better. Use shake in skim milk that about evens out workout. Is fine as am in maintenance. Am losing fat and gaining muscle on that.

Started NROL about 2 months ago. Went thru break-in program and just started 3rd week of hypertrophy (build muscle) program. Doing great. Liked this book better than NROL4W (read both at library before bought) because approached program more from weight side and not so much "accessories" side-was more familiar with NROL…

Tried estimating lifting calories- frustrating. Used HRM-great! Lots more calories.

Anti-depressants can make you sugar hungry and lead to weight gain.

Read NROL-he lays out reps and rest. Very well done. Am in 5 the week-takes about 40 min with short warm up.

Search web-there are several BBL type programs free. Might have to repeat sme moves to get time in and add music-FREE.
-
I recently started NROL-he lays all that out. I also have some life related aches and pains but with minor accommodations it seems to work

NROL. 6 weeks and I see changes in arms. Read somewhere you see small chugs @6 weeks, outsiders see some at 12, 6 months and is obvious.

If you don't get it then you won't get it. Quit justifying your ethics problem.

Usually lose just a lb or two as it takes a few days for loss to kick in.
-
Try New Rules for Lifting to get some good programs for beginners to lifting as well as some good explanations.
-
NROL has a good section on lifting and wt loss. Also has routines for fat loss.
-
Just started on a similar program. Read NEW RULES OF LIFTING as he answers a lot of those questions. He has several books out and many ladies like NEW RULES OF LIFTING FOR WOMEN. I checked them both out at the library before buying and like NROL.

Takes a week for weight to start dropping. People seldom (never) notice even when I have lost up to 25 lbs. Several times I have lost about 15 lbs (before MFP) with no one noticing. Currently am on lifting program and see changes in fat content/muscle % but just getting going on that so no REALLY noticible changes except…

Nice guy. Grow up and get out of yourself. He was helping.
