Portion size. Sugar was a problem but not as much added then. I was there.

Am going thru cancer treatment also. Did some exercise during diagnosis-regular routine but lighter Wts. Lost 25 lbs in process so wt not a problem. Diet a big issue including gall bladder related problems-after 8 months is really improving. Wishing you the best in this fight,

Friends report others notice at 20 lb loss. Don't know when THEY noticed being thinner.

Have had three body comp scales. Tanita good but not much data. Taylor had lots of data but WAY high on body fat-10 % over calipers. Love new omron- lots of data and bf is reasonable. Also measures through whole body.

Use an existing pedometer when I want steps-its quite good with extra features like distance. When I want HR I use my existing Bowflex HRM that also gives calories, fat burned and other features. Already got it figured out whether I had a good nights sleep or not and don't care if it syncs with anything. Go economical…

I have trouble getting sufficient protein especially when lifting so use 100% whey supplement right after a workout-seems to be working.

She offered when asked about holding you back so she knows. No eating disorder situation here. Approach her with one of the suggestions about moving ahead, one or both of you, and keep your goals.

I created a generic "trip" category. Used 1 cup for 2500 calories. I usually have a good idea what many items run so can at least get an estimate of daily count if items aren't in database.
