Hi there, I wanted to ask does bigorexia exist. I think I suffer with it, I am unable to show my body in public, I am always looking at myself in the mirror, I want to get bigger muscles, I am never satisfied, I break PRS but Im not satisfied, I am telling myself, I can always get bigger, stronger. There is someone out there bigger, stronger than me.It keeps me motivated and training hard.

Honestly, I do this too. I used to think, "Oh I want to be skinny" and do cardio and cut cals constantly, but now that I'm bulking it's like I'm never going to be satisfied with the size of my muscles. Definitely think this exists. Probably would fall under "body dysmorphia"0

I kind of like it in a way, it keeps me motivated to train harder.0 -
It maybe considered as a body dysmorphia. Just like anorexics they see themselves one way while others see them how they truly look. You can get obsessed with working out, remember even too much of a "good thing" is unhealthy. When I was younger I was working out constantly and I was sickly, my whole day would consist of working out.0

Yes it exists. Even to the point where people will inject synthol in their bodies to achieve maxium size. 2 guys out on the circuit now are mass monsters who still want to get bigger.

I'm in for more of the classic physiques of people like Frank Zane, Lee Labrada, Rory Leidelmeyer, etc., but today's bodybuilders are such freaks at their size.

That is correct - it's considered a subtype of body dysmorphia and is called muscle dysmorphia -
