I'm a little different. Now that I lost most of the weight I try to get smaller clothes than I actually am :P and most of the time they fit (which is amazing) but the shoes thing I completely agree with!! its like seriously... they were all comfortable and now they rub my heels cuz they are soo loose :angry:

sometimes you need to shampoo a couple times, till the greasy feeling is almost gone. and sometimes I dont condition because the oil is enough on those days.

I agree with both of you! moderation and not to give up the things you love! I still try to make my days healthy and full of protein but I will never cut out chocolate or wine. Those are really the only two I care about haha.
