8 PM for me, though I will have a glass of milk every once in a while if I feel a little peckish before bedtime. If I go to bed with a full stomach I have a lot of trouble sleeping so 8 is usually a good cutoff time for me.

I bought capri pants in the same size I wore back in high school, which is six sizes smaller than what I wore at my heaviest weight. I also started incorporating running into my walking routine at the gym. Can't do it for very long, but it's a start.
