  • My mom made it all growing up by dipping the meat in flour, fry, transfer to a baking dish. In a bowl mix tomato sauce, a little lemon juice, a little brown sugar and worchestershire sauce. Coat the meat and bake at 350 until hot. It's pretty tasty
  • I thought of a "hawaiian" breakfast combo i had a while back. Put a pineapple slice on an english muffin, then a slice of ham, top with a slice of cheddar cheese, broil... it was pretty good so I bet that if you stuffed the chicken with a slice or chunks of pineapple with laughing cow cheese would be yummm
  • I just joined yesterday and I have never been aware before of counting calories! I am hoping to become more aware of it now:) Good luck on your last few lbs
