I made cassolette last night (french pork and beans) and it turned out great. Protein 35g/Fat 9g/Carbs 28g. I added it to the website if anyone wants the recipe.

Stop eating rocks! Sorry, I could not resist. Don't think about the 700 calories in one day. Think about the week overall, ratios of protein to carbs to fat overall, and how you can continue to make good decisions over time. Who knows maybe your body needed an Off Day. :)

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. The free weight area is pretty intimidating especially when the are is heavily populated by experienced users. What is funny is everyone is usually pretty nice and helpful if I ask a question between sets. Just be respectful of their gym time and the people around you can be your best resource.…
