I don't eat those calories back. I try to stick to 1300 no matter how much i burn. bottom line, if you get to your limit and are still hungry, eat. be sure to keep hydrated too. Good luck!

I'm coming up to the end of week 2 and I loooove TF!!! i've already lost about 4 pounds! I love that my average HR is 169-180 depending on the workout, I love that she is such a positive instructor, and I love that I can push harder than I thought! I can't wait to get the advanced DVDs too!

TurboFire is as extreme as you make it. You can modify or you can go all out. I go in between. I go as hard as I can, but if I don't feel my knees are up to jumps and air jacks then I modify it. They are all great programs! Good luck!

I'm in!! I'm on week 2 of TurboFire and I'm hoping to drop as much as possible but i'm focusing on 20# at a time!! 10 more weeks and then hopefully I can get the advanced workouts too and keep up the fire! current weight-190 Goal weight- 145

I had my gallbladder out a couple years ago. I really wish i hadn't. there are ways to manage the stones if it hasn't gotten too out of hand. i now have digestive problems. you don't think your gallbladder does much, but it really does!

i don't follow the nutrition guide exacly and i have been seeing results. as long as it's healthy, i eat it. i seriously don't have time to measure everything out and count every nut and ounce of meat. heck i'm lucky to find the hour a day to workout! looks like everyone is doing great! this is day 19 for me, legs and back…

day 19 of lean version. yoga kicked my butt yesterday but it's getting easier to do. by no means is it easy, just easier than it was in the beginning! i refuse to measure or step on the scale until my 30 day check in.

little ceasar's pizza is only 230 calories per slice. in my opinion it's all about moderation. eat what you want, just don't over do it!

my bands came with a door thing that you hook the band through and then close a door on it and it holds in place. really not sure how well the workout will work for you without the pull up bar though. there are a ton of pull ups. Good luck!

My DH and I use anywhere from 3#-35#. it all depends on the video. i use 5-20# on all the excercises. don't be scared to pull the weight. you won't "bulk up" really. it's all about feeling the burn. they recommend either 8-10 reps for guys and 12-15 for women as long as the last 3 are where you feel some real burn. it's…
