I would really look at doing a CLX/TF hybrid. there isn't enough strength training in TF for me so I throw in some p90x for now until I can get CLX.

did you order them from BB or somewhere else? there are bootleg copies that wont work but if you got it through BB they will replace the dvd that doesn't work.

I eat it all. bad me. my husband has a lean cuisine meal everyday for lunch. he's ripped like a spartan and is in great health. it's all about moderation, like with anything.

LOL my husband went kayaking the day before and he didn't lock the top of the sunscreen so it all sprayed out in his backpack and we didn't know until we got to the beach! i should have broke down and used the kids spf 50, but I really wanted to get some sun! LOL and i did....ouch!

great job guys!! stay motivated and keep up the awesome work! I didn't lose any this week, but in a little over a week I have lost inches! I wore a bikini at the beach for the first time in over 2 years!! it was so liberating! although, I got sun in places that haven't seen light in so long that I'm feeling it today!

I have lost 2 inches on my waist, half inch on my thighs (each), inch from my hips since the 28th of April! Pretty excited! actually wore a bikini at the beach yesterday! feeling better all the time! GO TURBOFIRE!!!

today is my rest day, and I totally needed it! looking into weighted gloves since my arms seem to be the only thing that isn't sore and I need to feel the fire!!

I do chalean extreme burn circuit one since it came with my turbofire. i do it on my rest day or on a day when I only have a HIIT workout. she does a lot of tricep work! also, try adding weighted gloves during TF! I found some pink ones i want to get and they are only $15 through amazon!

I'm the same way! It makes me sick, puts me on the couch, and I will kill a bag of doritos! Luckily it only lasts on day and then I'm good to go and back on track!

I did fire 30 and HIIT 20. Tomorrow is my rest day, and boy do I need it! Since I've learned the routines I can put more effort in and I'm super sore today!

I weigh myself everyday. I shouldn't, it ticks me off some days to see that horrid little number. I'm going to try to weigh once a week, but it will be tough.

I'm not big into breakfast so I just have an egg and a piece of whole grain toast with coffee. I pretty much despise breakfast, but since I started eating more my weight is coming off and I'm not so tired.
