Maintenance and Toning schedule for Turbo Fire?

Hey folks! I'm about 5 pounds away from my goal weight, and almost finished Turbo Fire Advanced. I would love to tone up some more and am looking for a good schedule that I could follow using Turbo Fire. I know I need to up my strength training but I'm at a loss as to what workouts to do and how many days to do it. Any ideas would greatly help! Anybody have a good schedule?? Thanks

I would really look at doing a CLX/TF hybrid. there isn't enough strength training in TF for me so I throw in some p90x for now until I can get CLX.0

There's a hybrid in the TF book for TF and ChaLEAN Extreme. Beachbody also has a hybrid with TF and P90X on their site, as well.
Out of curiosity, how effective were the advanced workouts with weight/inches lost? I have them all ready to go after I finish my 12 weeks, but haven't heard of people's results during the advanced workouts as much as just the 12 weeks.0 -
I got bored with advanced cardio, so I moved up to HIIT 3. It's a killer schedule! I have a few medical issues I have been dealing with, so I'm going to ease up for a few weeks and start them over next month. I feel a huge difference in my abs from abs 10...I can barely make it through half of this workout and still see results. I like the HIIT 3 schedule because it has a lot of strength training and that's what I'm looking for right now. So yeah, I kind of cheated and skipped the last 2 weeks of advanced cardio...but so far HIIT 3 is amazing!0

Something came across my Facebook the other day from Beachbody that said her Abs 10 is the hardest ab workout of all the BB programs, even the P90X abs workout! Glad to hear it's so effective! :happy:0
