Won't hit the 30 by Christmas, but still in. Spent the weekend in hotels and gained 2.5 lbs. Back at it today. Trying to figure out the baking routine, still enjoy the seasonal treats and not lose too much ground. Happy Holidays!!!

My PCP wants to place me on Metforman for a high HgbA1C. I made a deal with her that if I could improve my labs through weight loss and diet, need to get to a HGBA1C less than 6, I can avoid going on meds. We are checking labs on 12/31 and 3/31. Its nice to have a PCP willing to work on a plan with me.

I have the pacer app on my phone and this syncs with MFP. My iwatch syncs its pacer with my phone as well. I don't notice a battery drain.

Hoping everyone is having a great weekend!. Weight unchanged from last week, but have been within calories and on the eliptical everyday from friday. That's new for me. I have a NSV of being able to see the veins in my feet. Up to a couple of weeks ago, I had balloon ankles at the end of the day. So some progress. :)

One thing I found after being on MFP, is that now one piece of pizza is good enough. There was a time when I could keep up with my husband in the number of slices. I am trying to follow a low carb diet, so I like the plain Chobani, which has about 9 grams of carbs. I then sprinkle a little sugar free jello to give it some flavor. I sometimes have this for breakfast and it keeps me full until lunch time.
