I wholeheartedly, 100% disagree with this. A marriage most certainly CAN survive infidelity. It might take some counseling, but trust can rebuilt.

Ugh, lucky... Exercise does NOT cure my headaches and cramps. *kicks rocks* That being said, I listen to my body. Sometimes I do my normal routine, sometimes I do more, and sometimes I skip it altogether and sleep an extra hour.

I weigh myself most mornings. I log ALL losses and any gains 3 pounds or more. It keeps me motivated and I have a better idea of when my natural fluctuations occur. I would suggest slowly diminishing the use of the creamers. Wean yourself off of them so to speak. Perhaps try flavored coffee?

I have a Wii, and I use it for physical activity 98% of the time I use it. In fact, I burned 169 calories in 20 minutes using the Wii this morning. You can't blame an inanimate object for these problems. Blame the parents for allowing this to happen, if you must have someone to blame.

Walking, that's how I started. Then I went to walk two minutes/jog two minutes intervals. After a few weeks, I started Couch to 5K. Maybe you'll walk for a week, a month, a year, and maybe you'll never decide to jog. Either way, you're doing more than you did before & that's awesome!

Really? Because I've lost almost 20 pounds and my boobs haven't shrunk noticeably. I've lost inches, but not boobage. OP: Maybe doing some chest exercises would help? Sometimes building the muscles behind the breasts helps them appear larger.

How about going for a walk/jog with the dog? My dog pushes me more than I could ever push myself. When I slow down, he looks back at me with a look that says, "C'mon! I'm not done yet so neither are you!"

Possible? Maybe. Healthy? NOT EVEN A LITTLE. Best is about a pound a week ( about 1 kilo every two weeks), most recommend would be twice that. Unless you're severely overweight (i.e. morbidly obese), then you can get away with losing more.
