Hi ladies. I am looking to lose about 120 pounds and am a college sophomore. I was thinking of posting a similar thing as well. Hoping for some good motivation and fellow ladies to talk to. I'll definitely be both of your buddies. I got into MFP because my aunt's had a lot of success with it.

Walk to class when time and weather allow instead of taking the bus. Get my roommates to join me at the gym for some in home motivation. Avoid buying junk food for the apartment, so that I make better choices at home. Only get one serving at the dining center and avoid the all you can eat ice cream bar.
