I always keep my carbs low. It gives me lasting energy throughout the day.

Information overload much.. do the things you can understand for now. Save the more complicated things for later.

It`s good stuff! I avoid doing it too often, though.

Honestly, I can`t take this diet seriously. Just because cavemen were FORCED to eat this way(and lived to like 30) doesn`t mean it is optimal nutrition. Check out ``eating for energy``. It`s based around actual scientific research. http://choppysreviews.com/eating-for-energy/

I think it`s all in the eye of the beholder. You could use it as fuel to lose weight or let it destroy you. Your call. They aren`t gonna change their ways, afterall.

It just means switching things up a bit. This only applies to people who are consistent in the first place.

I use it sparingly. Do it too much and you start to feel very weak.

I`m not exactly a fan of this diet. If you want my opinion, you should look into eating for energy http://choppysreviews.com/eating-for-energy/

There`s three major ``heavy objects`` you can play with: fat, water, and muscle. More important than what`s on the scale is your body composition. As for toning, that`s just a buzzword that means building muscle while losing fat. Personally, I prefer ``sculpting``

It`s a great plan. Just be carefull to avoid trans fats.

Sure. The key is mederation.

I really only use it whenever I`m feeling bloated. It`s really rejuvinating!

MOST diet pills don`t work. The ones that do come with nasty side effects.

It is BOTH the garbage they put in our food AND oversized portions that make us overweight. Eating organic is a valuable fat loss technique but it isnt everything.

No need to segment your meals between different nutrients... Just keep it balanced otherwise you could easily stall.
-
Yup, cardio.

It`s not weight, its shape. It`s easy to recogonise how much muscle/fat someone has if you look at their shape and stop obsessing over scales!

Theres more to it then meeting a weekly number...That said, a cheat day now and then is fine and healthy. Just dont make it a habit!
-
This is stupid. Just another crash diet. I say take a step back and reevaluate your plan.

The best pare about IF is that your body gets a break from digestion to recuperate and fix your metabolism. Humans arnt meant to graze.

This diet works great for me. I just get my energy from fats.
-
Obviously both.

One thing is critical with breeakouts-hygiene. Wash whereever it is often and make sure your bedsheets are clean! If its an area where you shave, try different shaving styles for less irritation.

I think its just the female verion of getting``ripped.`` Most girls don`t wanna be ``ripped,`` it`s just not feminine...

Anywhere from 100-130(depending on bone structure) would be ideal really.

Just go for a walk instead, it`ll calm your nerves.

Can`t be helped. Just say somethng general like cutting calories or morning jogs.

I find strength training and cardio need a little distance. Today I did some squats! 120lbs x 15 x 6. Stairs are now my natural enemy!

Protien is an essential building block of the body. You need it for your hair, nails , and muscle. Anyways I`d suggest lifting medium weights (50% of your one rep max) for volume(5x5 or similar). You`ll build up both strength and endurance for your next workout AND fire up your metabolism. Leave your calories alone unless…
