Higher fats is generally better imo. And forget about calories, just eyeball it and go by your gut- take that literally.

Yes definitely! I actually like to make connections to successful people to try and be more like them! Remember to network if you want visitors.

Better late than never! Denial can be tricky, I can relate. Your first step should be organizing your fridge to prevent snacking by always having healthy options available. Also, start going for walks everyday. Don`t see it as a chore, try to enjoy the sights and sounds.

I don`t recommend this long term.. You`ll see why soon enough. Check out the renegade diet. It makes more scientifically accurate use of IF. choppysreviews.com/the-renegade-diet/

Obviously it works. You have to have all your other nutrients in check or there could be problems and cutting too hard can cause your metabolism to stall, but it works!
-
I know how you feel. I only regret not doing it during my teenage years.
-
No new cycle. Just stop screwing up and get right back on your horse!

Be mindful of your calorie sources. Fat and protein are the slowest to break down, making them ideal.
-
It`s not JUST numbers game. Sometimes the question of ``what:`` is more important than ``how much``.
-
It`s completely possible. You just have to keep the weight training high and cardio low, and might I suggest a more anabolic diet such as the renegade diet. http://choppysreviews.com/the-renegade-diet/

Sounds like you have enough QUANTITY of muscle mass. Now you can further train for either endurance or power. Inproving quality will also burn more calories passively.
-
Don`t split hairs. Look it up in a dictionary if you have to but fasting means NOTHING.
-
I do IF but I use something called the renegade diet. It`s based around using IF to gain lean muscle and it works for me. Have a look: choppysreviews.com/the-renegade-diet/

Good info! But a bit on the wordy side...
-
No need to exercise a lot! Just intensely! Quality over quantity.

Luckily for you, most of weight loss is diet. I suppose the best program out there for you is the fat loss factor as you can do it without any activity. Have a look: choppysreviews.com/the-fat-loss-factor Also, a little trick I learned in judo, tape your toes together to avoid breaks.
-
To put it simply, muscle burns calories just being there, and being at a deficit doesn`t necessarily mean your body can`t be anabolic.
-
You don`t earn calories. You ingest them, silly. What you did was burn calories. Eat if you`re hungry that`s all.
-
I`ll be sure to check it out. While were talking about blogs, check out my boyfriends: choppyskinny.wordpress.com

Believe it or not. You can and I have! All you have to do is train while fasted. When your body is fasted, it is primed to take in more nutrients than normal. So 100 calories of weight will net you more amino acids when fasted than when not. Not a long term plan to do, ofcourse.

Have a look at the fat loss factor for ways to implement carb control: http://choppysreviews.com/the-fat-loss-factor/ You could do with some more exercise. Perhaps alternate cardio and weight training with one day off a week.

Tried this diet for months. It`s garbage.
-
Aside from cutting water weight, I can`t really see it...
-
Too many people push the protein issue. I say you don`t need any more than 100g MAX of high quality protein.

Actually, this is very good. Muscle burns calories both passively and during training. There is no reason why you shouldn`t do both, but i would advice against putting the two sessions too close together for best results.
-
IMO The important thing is just to be more self aware. If calorie counting does that, great!
-
That`s correct. Exercise serves both a direct(burnt calories) and passive(boost metabolism, grow muscle, etc.) purpose. The passive is more important and lasting.

Look into the renegade diet. It`s geared towards bodybuilding but the methods are pretty universal. http://choppysreviews.com/the-renegade-diet/
