Whole wheat toast with 1/2 of a fresh avacado spread on it. My FAVORITE breakfast and oh so delish! This is a big milestone for me considering two months ago, I avoided breakfast unless it was something topped with sausage gravy. ;)

What is couch-to-5k? Well, I mean I guess it's pretty obvious what it "IS" but where do you find the program?

50 is the recommended daily allowance so I think that is a fairly good amount. I am just shooting for that for now and we'll see how it goes.

I love cottage cheese and milk but sometimes don't even think about those as protein options. Thanks for the reminder. Also, my goals has my protein set to 91/day. Is that reasonable? It seems REALLY high to me as well.

Just a quote a friend of mine posted on Facebook this morning - so true for this. Life is truly a gift and every moment counts! Have a wonderful weekend everyone! • "With gratitude, all of life appears as a blessing..without gratitude, all of life is perceived as a burden. Avoid the tendency to compare your life with the…

I did well for several months, losing almost 25 lbs to just gain it back over the past year. Crash…

I was about the same starting weight and my goal is 150 too, for now. Although 140 would be fantastic. I have been at this for several weeks, but haven't figured out how to do the "friend" thing yet so if you can try to add me, I would be glad to have someone to help motivate me and vice versa.

Ugh, I want to know too. I have a 2 year old a 4 year old and care for my ailing father when I'm not working 8-5pm. I fit in a Zumba night once a week and try to squeeze in the 30 Day Shred any open 20 minutes I have - if I don't have to share my mat with the kids and my dog. :) I feel like I'm doing okay with this routine…

I just started it this morning - so I guess I'm in. I also started Zumba a few weeks ago, just once a week though so far. I am sore after the first day of 30DS though. But, tomorrow I'll go again.
