I think i got the right shoe for me based from research on the shoe here on the internet. I am also feeling the pain only on my left leg(calves to be exact) and i can really feel the shoe has defects on the heel side of it. I'm not sure yet if I can exchange the shoe i bought to the store i have bought it but will totally…

Running. Eating less and healthy. Exercise. But still need much more discipline with myself. I only run about once a week only. I suck.

Eating is what i problem the most. When I get bored i tend to eat. In the morning I'm too lazy to eat because i dont have the appetite to eat. Any suggestions?
