I like to weight in on Mondays. Just starts the week off right for me. I feel it also keeps me from going crazy on weekends and thus never having the 'doing everything right, but never losing' thing going on. But that's just me.

Liking this thread! I walked/ran this weekend. Hadn't run since the winter got to too cold to be outside, but I ran a combined 15 mins for the 45 that I was out. Good for about 4miles. Thought that was a nice start!

Always remember that you did make a small victory in not sabotaging as bad as you say you usually do. That is a step in not only becoming aware of why you were eating but doing something about it.

Me personally wouldn't do it. But I have a sister where it would be good. She is in such bad health and can't exercise. Major steropids that keep her eating/gaining weight. To me, I think they are too dangerous..but were I her, I'd be tempted.

Rule of thumb, is fever..don't exercise..just rest. Then do a very modified version of what you normally do until you get full back up and can do normal routine. That's what I do.
