I lost most of my weight will working midnight shift 2130-0730, 4 days on, 3 days off. I tried to eat consistantly through out the week. So I ate as little as possible throughout the night. I think it depends on what you mean by cheat day. If you mean your going to totally forget your on a diet and eat 3000 calories then, yes, your setting yourself up IMO.
