Yes. Just like prepping food. Easier to prepare day before to keep on track. Made oatmeal and boiled eggs for next few days!

Try it once and decide. I personally didn't like it. I made one for breakfast and made extra for my afternoon snack and didn't like the taste at all. I won't do it again. Yuck!

I usually cook up fish and chicken and veggies and make a bunch of meals ready to heat up so I can just pull from the fridge without thinking.

I've been making the plain Jane oatmeal and then adding Almond milk to it. Taste good to me and I was never an oatmeal fan.

Without access to a microwave then I would take stuff in a little cooler, salad, boiled eggs, almonds, yogurt etc. If you like tuna lucky you! I am not eating bread or anything processed but seem to have many options.

Garden salad or veggies. Have had salad and chicken for lunch the past 2 days. Still like it lol

I cooked up tons of chicken and fish on the weekend and made my lunches for the week with asparagus, and cabbage/carrot slaw (and cut up cucumbers when out of slaw) I also made a salad with cucumber and chicken for one day. Have to have variety or you will get tempted to eat junk!

Homemade meals from scratch so you know what's in it. No processed foods. I'm a working single mom and do it so the "I work" etc isn't an excuse. Prep food for the week when you are off. Cut veggies and have them available for snacking. Don't buy chips, pop, cookies etc. If it's not in the house you/kids can't eat them.

Kraft in the glass jar. So yummy!
