You really need to cut back on some of the sodium. The sodium excess will cause you to retain water weight and you won't lose like you possibly could. When checking out the calories on the back of the package, check for the sodium too. Stay away from the so called diet meals or Smart Ones. They have TONS of sodium. Good…
