  • You're the closest to me in height! You're wanting to be a lot lighter than my own goal; but wouldn't mind being motivated/accountable with a lady who is in the 6'+ club like me!
  • Didn't see any ladies my height! Female, 33 (almost 34) 6'1" SW: 206 CW: 196 GW: 185 (will also reevaluate once I get there)
  • I'm hard of hearing, tall, blonde, and of Polish descent. The jokes write themselves on a daily basis.
  • Hello beautiful friend! I'll join you in that goal of achieving 180. Such a perfect weight for our height.
  • Perhaps the elliptical? Or perhaps spinning/cycling…

Cottage cheese and diced tomato with cracked pepper What's your workout schedule look like this week? Mon. - W4D1 C25K, Spin Thues. - Rest Wed. - W4D2 C25K, Spin…
  • Current weight: 201.2 Weight Loss: NONE. In fact I'm up .4 lbs Measurements: I do measure myself once a month and I'm sad to say I've not lost anything since beginning MFP in January. I'm pretty darn PO'd about that too. Got way-sided by a back injury a couple weeks ago and am getting back into the swing of things this…
  • Got way-sided by a back injury a couple weeks ago and am getting back into the swing of things this week. Managed to spin twice and run once—repeating Week 3 of the C25K program since that is where I left off—frustrating though knowing I **should've** been on Week 5 now; but just have to remind myself that I'm getting back…
  • Being a member of a gym with child watch has been a huge blessing and help. DD loves going to play while mommy gets her work-out in. It's my sanity break in an otherwise busy day! If you haven't yet - do the crock-pot! I also do a lot of leftovers for dinner during the week or re-purposing leftovers into a casserole or…

Spin 2-3/wk, C25K, 30DS, JM Yoga, watching those calories! Do you have your bikini picked out yet?! I've got several in my drawer… I'm just looking for the nerve to wear them.
  • There is that! I couldn't imagine being so small-footed at my height. It's amazing she had any balance at all!! I don't envy people needing a half size past size 10 - it is insane that they don't manufacture more shoes in half sizes.
  • You guys are awesome. I only managed to Shred one day last week - mainly because DD was being a snot so I skipped going to my spin class but shredded instead. The next day (Thurs.) my back was killing me. Seriously, driving to work I couldn't even take a deep breath - it hurt too much. Ended up going home early and taking…
  • Frats - Understood. :o) I think the design of 30DS is intended to be done consecutively. If you choose to take a day; that's your choice.
  • Frats - for me, Level 2 was THE hardest level. Harder even than Level 3. If you're getting bored; just try to step up your game a bit for the remainder of the 10 days at that level. Either follow the advanced moves more closely, or use a higher weight to challenge yourself. Remember, it's **only** 10 days for each level…
  • Argh - you small footed ladies! I WISH I were a size 11 - it would be soooo much easier to find shoes since they are more widely available than my size 12 clodhoppers. For my weight-loss journey, I'm just tracking calories, running, spinning, and sporadically weight training. Need to be more consistent with the WT and had…
  • Hiya ladies! So glad to find you all. I'm 6'1" and about 203. Weigh-in is tomorrow so hoping that changes in the direction I wanted it to go. Want to get down to 180-185 range. I was 188 when I got married almost 2 years ago and soooo wanted to get down to that again at the beginning of the year when I started out at 208…
  • I'm on Week 3 following the treadmill program. I plan to complete the 9 weeks of this program and then take it to the streets and because I've heard about the differences between treadmill and street running am anticipating on having to start from Week 4 or 5 when I make the switch. Good luck and have fun!
  • Saraco - you will love the results from 30 DS. I did this 2 years ago right before my wedding; and thank heavens I did! It made the difference in the course of 2 weeks from my wedding dress being 3 inches away from zipping up all the way to being zipped completely.
  • I started spinning in January and I'm hooked now. It took about 4-6 weeks of spinning 2-3 x a week for the soreness to go away completely in the seat. Now I'm at that point where I'm really feeling comfortable in the class and better able to challenge myself in the difficulty factor. I echo what PPs have said about shorter…

  • I'll join in. I'll start tonight after I get home from spin class. I need some toning big time and I know JM will deliver. I'll post measurements tomorrow as I usually do my WI on Tuesdays.
