I make the zucchini noodles with a peeler, leave raw and stir in a hot marinara sauce....yummy (I do carrots this way as well) or in vegetable stri fry instead of noodles with soy and chinese spice (the veg options to add are endless)!!

I also create a recipe, weigh everything and log it, put in the recipe servings and then there it is! I also seperate it out into bowls as per the portion number as I find portion control difficult. BMR = 1709 Calorie intake set by MFP = 1200 Am not sure daily intake should be this low.........I'm losing but not sure how I can reduce more when/if I plateau??? Good luck!

Porridge oats for breakfast. Peppered mackeral fillet (skin removed) with lettuce, french beans and tomato sald for lunch. Quorn chilli on a bed of spinach and shredded veg for dinner.
