Tried the vegetarian thing, watched my cholesterol levels skyrocket. 6 months on low carb and my levels are down and I've lost 40lbs.

I used to sit on the couch for hours every night thinking I didn't have time to exercise. My couch is lonely these days.

I love the Salvation Army and Goodwill. I also sew, so I can add a few stitches to my waistband to hold my pants up. My friend took her expensive dress pants to our local dry cleaners and they were able to do alterations for her. I wouldn't touch them, I'm not that good at sewing:).

I live in a house on a slab, no basement. I use my living room. I have hand weights and a yoga mat. I have some DVDs, and watch you tube videos on my iPad. I squint, but it works. I'm a runner, so my other workout space is anywhere I want. I live near the Mississippi so my workout space can be gorgeous at times.

I just finished it and am ready to try it again. It is a lot of fun. Now that I know the exercises, I think repeating it with even bigger weights will be a challenge.

Ok, so you're men who run with jogging strollers. Sorry your insulted, but if you have a stroller stay towards the back. It's a safety issue. If you are fast you will probably pass me in no time.

The women who have their little darlings in their strollers, who line up near the front or middle of the pack. yes, you may run faster than me, but for goodness sake, stay towards the back for every bodies safety. You can pass the slower people as the pack thins out.

I am doing the 30 day shred. I am on Day 28. I am going to start alternating level 2 and 3 when I finish. I also walk/jog 5 miles everyday.
