Thats brilliant, i do love going to Zumba. The thing i was worried about was that some people say its not really a workout and the instructor doesnt really pick up whether you are doing the moves right! Lol my theory is as long as you are moving around and sweating it doesnt matter if the moves arent perfect :smile:

I weigh on a Weds, mainly because i find if im going to go off track then it will be at the weekend so i find it gives me a couple of days the get back on track!

They do a Zumba class at the gym i'm joining so will be checking that out! Am also going to attempt a spinning class altho last time i tried i slipped off the bike!

It is amazing! I found it really difficult but so much fun and i ached for days afterwards! Its a shame you don't live down here because they do free classes on a monday! Am defo getting a pole tho when i get a place that has room!! :smile:
