This may sound crazy but my boyfriend and I are addicted to eating sweet corn with sharp cheddar cheese. Something about the sweet corn and the salty cheese -it's soooo gooood! Maybe your stuck in a routine? Keep doing the treadmill but try finding other cardio exercises that you like as well to mix it up a bit. Your body should respond better when you switch it up and keep it guessing. Jumping jacks can be very effective! Best of luck!

Mix some shredded chicken and a chopped english cucumber with cucumber dill greek yogurt dip for an amazing chicken salad. I made some this weekend and it didn't last a day. Also, Buffalo chicken soup is easy to make and one of my favorites!
