I mean I don't pay too much attention to body type, just wondered if it changed where BF was stored. I was 205 at 16.2% and dropped to 13.1 at 194.7. any suggestions that worked for you to get lower. probably my abs just aren't big enough for 12-13% to make them visible. i see bicep and shoulder veins

I can see my ribs pretty visible and given the right stretch my obliques. I mean the tummy is definitely flat. If I do handheld calipers (by myself so not too accurate) it puts me at 12.4 but the dang impedance scale put me at 13.1 on Tuseday. Would you say it's possible to drop below 10% by mid may?

Since joining mfp, ive started eating 6 smaller portioned meals. More energy in the day and feel great.
