  • I am a bit late posting! But I am ready to start this challenge. My CW is 139.5 I gained .5 lb which could be just water weight so I am happy!   • I graduated from C25K today! I run my first 5K race on my daughters birthday Jan 26th:) it'll be proving to her that her mamma can do anything. I feel amazed that I completed this...   • Even after my 54 lb loss I still wear the same bra size. I have always been large chested. It's something weight loss doesn't change for everybody. I've had friends who got reductions and love it. Maybe that's something to look into? But, if it's not causing you pain then why does it bother you? I love mine haha

  • I would do some strength during the week, if you have a gym that you can use then I would take advantage of that! I run 3x a week and I do strength training 3x a week. I love Zumba btw:) I have Zumba for my 360 and love it! You can also try some zumba videos as well?
  • I just love chocolate and tried cutting it out, it backfired and I binged. Now, I put chocolate in something basically daily. I always fit it into my macros, so it's not a big deal. I will put some chocolate chips in my oatmeal, drink some chocolate almond milk...etc, or just eat a piece of chocolate! I don't binge anymore…

  • My goal is 130, but once I am 130 I will see how I feel. I feel that I am pretty close to being happy with my weight and I am 141. I have a bit of fat left on my belly and inner thighs that I want to lose, so chances are I will be happy at 130.
