Try measuring your body fat% instead, that % should be at a healthy number. Just my opinion :)

I've had a few set backs lately :( lots going on and things have been stressful last few days ... BUT I'm back in the game and my few days break is over. Eating has been great, just haven't been working out. Let's do this :)

I look at before/after photos of myself and others! I also look at my daughter and think about why I started... to show her a healthy lifestyle. Gets my butt off of the couch : )

I have taken fenugreek tablets and they work for me! I also find that on days that I eat oats(oatmeal, granola bars are great sources), I have more milk. I don't pump though, but I am sure it would be similar.

Oh wow, I can see your progress photo! You look fantastic! You can really notice a big difference. I was going to upload mine, but I realized that MFP doesn't allow underwear photos! I eat 1650 calories a day and I am on my feet for.. I would day 50%-70% of my day and I eat my exercise calories back. For me, the more I eat, the faster I lose. I would try eating a higher amount of calories for 2 weeks or so and see if you notice more loss. However, I will say that inches matter SO MUCH MORE than lbs…

My 12 month still sleeps with me, but I would imagine then are safe now. I think once they can turn their head it would be fine!

I have been doing about 30 mins of cardio as well! I think if you are beginning working out then it would be ideal, so you don't wear yourself out, but if you have been working out for a long time and don't think it'll wear you out then I would do extra!

I have to wet mine as well and it doesn't seem to detect a heartbeat until I wet both the rubber AND the fabric side. Worth a try?? Also, maybe instead of strapping it in try pushing it into your chest at every angle first? That's what I did when I had problems and it seemed to fix it.. Aww hopefully it's not defective!!!…

I only count anything that I actually do for exercise.. I have my activity level set as lightly active because I'm cleaning or cooking 99.99% of the day it seems lol. My favourite recipes are probably lettuce wraps! Just sub a wrap for a lettuce leaf. I also love making baked potatoes with cottage cheese and salsa. I did C25K and I didn't even enjoy running to begin with... But I ended up falling in love with it! Now I look forward to running. Just start out slow, don't go too fast, you will get there in time! The C25K is amazing.
