Wow, today i felt like I needed to get some zumba in to gain some extra points but as someone said earlier it won't kill us to go over a couple calories...and maybe eat light meals...it's hard though! But were doing well in the long run!

You're gonna have to avoid the dressing... I had a bit of fat free ranch on my salad and when I entered it, the sodium count alarmed me. I don't know why I never really paid much attention to it before...but it jumped out at me today. I'm gonna have to give up.

Check the calories in a slice or piece of that cake! well...this sounds like the dilema I had last night...My hubby brought home a box of 6 big cinnabons and ate one right infront of me. O man that is messed up...all that sodium, I know Outback is out of the question for me....whoa...but u still made it under your calorie goal...and we start all over again tomorrow! stay motivated...
