I'm really feeling great. I am one who was reluctant to exercise so this challenge has really motivated me. I am telling everyone I know about it so therefore I want to keep it up. I've been playing Zumba Wii 2 - the mid-length workouts and I am feeling the burn and sweating alot. I removed 1.2 lbs this week!

Yikes..150?? I know you felt great afterwards..don't worry about the soreness today!!! :D 7/10 - I completed 21 mins of zumba late last night...I also walked 1.5 miles on the track...so there you have it...Day 5 complete.

Keep going it will come off thru hard work. My problem is I need to stop weighing myself everyday. I know that's a no no but I can't help it. ugh

speaking of mental, I had to talk myself thru alot today...but I finished...W1D2 complete! I actually incorporated the workout today in a 5k fun run/walk during lunch. We finished in 50 min! Proud of me! Yea Keep up the good work everyone!: happy:

Yes thank you for that warning. I decided not to do Zumba after all. I did some walking instead! Gonna incorporate W1D2 into our CFC campaign fun run tomorrow at work. At least I'll get to run with some of my coworkers and keep it fun!

I just finished 30 mins of one of my zumba video and I feel the burn and sweating ALOT....I just love...don't really have the time to go to the live classes like I used to. But the DVDs are doing it for me now. Has anyone tried the new set of DVDs that came out this summer?

I agree break that 30 pounds down to smaller goals and work towards it. Another friend of mine on MFP is down 30 lbs and did it in 3 months. It's doable...don't be to hard on yourself!
