I only ever drink espresso with hot water, I'm lucky I don't require a lot of sugar on a daily basis........I'm sweet enough as I would have my girlfriend believe.....

totally agree there, the first week or so I lost close to 3-4 pounds, then it settled down. So I wouldn't worry to much about it at the moment. I find as i'm getting close to my target weight it gets harder to lose that last little bit, but I will keep pushing on.. Well done, keep up the good work Effort…

I do count everything, that's the only way it work for me. Even on the odd time that I go over my allowance, although I do think " will I or won't I log it". Effort rewards people.......Effort reward Roland
