It looks like the majority of your calories are from carbs. You get more calories from sugar than you get from protein. I would never be able to stick to that diet. If you cut Fat and Carb, you have only Protein left. So a low-carb low-fat diet would pretty much be an all-protein diet. There are only a few foods that are all protein, so you would end up eating the same three or four things all the time.

Your numbers for white beans are probably wrong. You only show 0.5 carb but 4.5 fiber. Fiber is a sub-set of carb, so your total carb has to be greater than or equal to your fiber.
