OK, I just tried it, and I can't export anything. Here is the page that shows that Export Data is limited to Premium members.

Time for a new food scale.

Early morning 20-minute walk with a Chihuahua. Mid-morning 30-minute walk with the same Chihuahua.

I always leave mine open. However, I can't imagine that what I am eating is really all that interesting to anyone else. "Oh, look, Scott ate a sandwich!"

Gastric bypass. (Oh sorry, wasn't that one of the choices?)

Just eat clean!

All of my siblings are married with kids, so Thanksgiving and Christmas are always at their houses. I end up with very little control (and very little self-control) over what I eat. I usually gain a bunch of weight over the holidays, and then spend the entire next year trying to get rid of it. (I still have about 4 pounds…

I lost weight from my chubby face, but not from my chubby gut, so I "look" thinner than I am. When people tell me I have lost too much weight, I simply point to that overhanging gut and suggest that when they see me in a Speedo, they will think I have not lost enough!

Do you think that the word "diet" means "excessively cut calories and starve yourself"? Huh, I never thought of the word having that meaning. But if it has that meaning, then the term "starvation diet" is redundant.

I went up 12 pounds during 11 days of vacation. (Maybe I ate and drank just a pinch more than you did! LOL)

Welcome to MFP. The most important thing you can do to start is to log everything every day. It's amazing what you learn just reviewing your own log. Without even joining all the debates about carbs, fats, protein, etc., just a review of your own eating will show you places you can make small changes that have a big…

In the 1960s, my third grade teacher, a crabby old lady, had a bun. I think it is hilarious that today's boys want to look like yesterday's old ladies.

Pizza! Oh wait, was that a choice? No? In that case, Tacos!

Do you know your TDEE yet? Have you counted your caloric intake? It takes 3,500 calories to make a pound of body weight, so it takes a 3,500 calorie deficit to lose a pound. If your deficit is, say, 100 calories per day, you lose a pound in 35 days. Calculate your TDEE, take a good look at your caloric intake, and make…

It is common to lose weight for a while, hit a plateau for a while, and then lose again. Everyone on MFP can tell that same story. As long as you are eating at a deficit, you will lose weight over time. Not every day, and not every week, but certainly overall. In the meantime, there are many reasons why your weight might…

Get healthy in the gym. Lose weight in the kitchen. Start by tracking everything here. You might find that there are some easy things you can change that can make a big difference. For example, my first day here, my breakfast included 2 slices of buttered toast. When I saw how many calories that was, I simply reduced my…

I got 2 new roommates about a year ago. At first, I took them out to eat a few times to introduce them to places in the area. However, I had to stop that after a few weeks because I was putting weight back on. Almost as soon as I stopped going out to eat with them, the entire dynamic in the house changed. Now one roommate…

I took Phentermine (generic of Adipex) for several months. It stopped the cravings, thereby giving me time to learn how to eat better. Without the drug, I had horrible cravings and could not even imagine what eating at a deficit was because I was always hungry. I started at 251 pounds in 2012 and dropped to around 210.…

It took me over 2 years before I finally quit craving sweets. And even now, though I don't crave them, I am still drawn, as though magnetically, to them.

Newbies please fill in your profiles. Many folks will seek new friends when they have something in common, such as similar part of the country, similar lifestyle, similar weight loss or gain goals, and so forth. When you leave your profile blank, you make it harder for others to be supportive or to identify with your…

I often eat the smaller microwave meals, 200 - 250 calories, but then I add something else, such as a piece of fruit, a yogurt cup, some nuts, raw veggies, etc. That makes up the calorie difference, and also helps me get the rest of my micronutrients.

2094 looks way too low. A quick calculation looks like 2300 - 2500 calories TDEE. So when you add steps, your total burn goes higher.

Face vs Body? I pick brains every time!

It helps when you fill out your profile. Some people add MFP friends based on similar interests, profession, situation, starting weight, lifestyle, etc.

If I have cravings in the evening, it's usually because I did something wrong earlier in the day. For example, if I have a donut during the day, I end up craving sugary things in the evening. To avoid the craving, I skip the donut in the first place. Likewise, if I skimp on how much I eat during the day, I am just more…

I used Phentermine successfully for a few months. The main benefit for me was that by stopping the hunger, Phentermine gave me time to learn to eat better and exercise. I did NOT regain the weight, and I am still down 60 pounds which I lost using the drug. However, the side effects can be powerful.

"Oatmeal Bloat" sounds like a great name for a punk rock band!
