I'm looking for new friends, for support!!

I'm 19, trying to lose my freshman weight I've picked up from my first year of college!! I have 20+ lbs to go and can use some more friends who I can support and vice-versa

    Welcome to MFP. The most important thing you can do to start is to log everything every day. It's amazing what you learn just reviewing your own log. Without even joining all the debates about carbs, fats, protein, etc., just a review of your own eating will show you places you can make small changes that have a big impact. I reduced 1 slice of buttered toast at breakfast, and that cut me by over 1000 calories per week!
