I have never seen an ad for that company. I see ads for protein shakes, cereal bars, pharmacies, yogurt, fitness clubs, and (oddly) women's clothes. It mostly depends on what you have clicked on recently or what you have searched. Remember the advice your mother gave you when you were young: just ignore them and they will…

- Join a group on www.meetup.com: board games group, or a stock investing group, or a quilting group, or a religious group, or a political organization. - Clean the garage. - Groom a horse. - Get a hair cut. - Go to Walmart and look at new television sets. - Go to the mall and walk all over for exercise. - Go to the…

You've lost 66 pounds in 7 months. Clearly, what you are doing works for you. Just let your sister know that you respect the choices she and her boyfriend make for their health, and you would like it is she respects your choices as well.

When I don't get enough fat, I feel like I am starving. More fat, more protein, and less carb is the best for me. Otherwise, I start to crave something. When I don't have enough fat, I occasionally will eat a half-pound block of cheese. 'd rather get more fat in my meals, not have cravings, and not binge on cheese.

I don't see the problem here. People who want to use squat racks have lots of gym choices. People who don't want gyms with people who use racks have apparently only one choice. Why do you want to take that choice away from those people?

4 minutes on the George Foreman Grill.

Ditto to everything already said == except starvation mode. (The flamers will be here soon! LOL) Make sure you log everything. EVERYTHING. A piece of toast? Log it. Butter on that toast? Log it! Jelly on the butter on the toast? Log it! Creamer in your coffee? Log it. Sugar with the creamer in your coffee? Log it. Bag of…

Better pay up quickly. I understand that the penalty for late payments is truly hellish! LOL

FSU definitely had to prove it in the second half -- and they did. After the Auburn defense crushed FSU in the first half, anything less than a championship-level effort by FSU would have been insufficient. Clearly, it was the toughest game FSU had to play all year, and it took them a while to adjust to a real opponent,…

"Cisna enlisted his students as nutritionists, turning his weight-loss plan into a school project by having a few of his kids plan his daily menus. He also began walking 45 minutes each day, a change from his usual sedentary lifestyle. " So the STUDENTS actually <gasp> learned something useful in school? They learned about…

One banana, one apple, and one orange in a day can easily be 200 calories. Do that every day and it's 73,000 calories in a year. That's 21 pounds gained every year from not counting fruit.

I just go into my room and close the door. That prevents the kitchen thoughts from getting to me -- the door stops them! Well, that's how it works in my theory, anyway. I am still trying to make it work in practice. LOL

Because she kept wearing flannel to bed.

After she lost all that weight, I realized that she was a HE and that those had been man boobs!

On my DL, it's the PICTURE that's lying! I have no idea who that ugly scary guy is. My weight says 245, which was probably about right when I got it 2 years ago, but is off by 50 pounds now.

I recognize that not everyone learns to make good food choices. That is irrespective of Phentermine. I would say that most of the people on MFP -- with or without Phentermine -- never learn how to eat correctly (judging from the comments in the forums), and MFP is a far better population than the population at large. I'm…

IGNORE THE HATERS. Phentermine worked for me. In June 2013, my physician started me on a medically supervised 1200 calorie weight loss program. I took Phentermine for appetite suppressant in the morning, visited his office once each week for a B-complex shot, and got an In-Body analysis each month. The Physician's…

If we all wear brown shirts, we can save money by not making shirts in different colors. And if those brown shirts are all the same style, then we save money by not making shirts in different styles. And if we all wear jackboots while we wear our brown shirts, we save money by not making tennis shoes, running shoes,…

I've been thinking about trying Brawndo. It's got electrolytes. It's what plants crave.

I think maybe you were right the first time! LOL But your first step should be to fill out your profile. People will often send you friend requests if they have something in common with you -- location, job, family situation, and so forth. You don't just want random friends (okay, maybe you do), but you also want friends…

I thought DHMO was supposed to be healthy. In fact, I use it as a key ingredient in my protein smoothies. Now that my eyes have been opened, I will just have to make the smoothies with something else.

And so it begins....

You take a pee and know how much weight you just lost.

Everyone else here is wrong. The training manager is NOT a d-bag. The training manager is not an a-hole. The training manager was finding a different way to motivate OP. If the OP won't do it for OP's sake, then maybe the OP will do it for trainer's sake. It's about ACCOUNTABILITY TO SOMEONE. Here is what the training…

I drink smoothies and I eat avocado, but I never thought about putting avocado in my smoothie. I will try that tomorrow. Thanks!

Step 1: Log Everything. You can't really set a plan until you know what you are currently doing. How many calories do you consume? How many calories do your regularly burn during exercise or during your daily life? Step 2: Start making changes. Once you have logged enough to know what you are currently doing, you can start…

I don't really see logging as work. I see it as information. I can see how I am doing on my calories and my macros. I can determine whether I need to get more protein, more fiber, etc. I don't worry about every splash of bbq sauce; I am concerned about stuff that has substantial impact on my macros. If you think it is…
