I'm from the Pacific NW, too. We are allowed to wear socks with sandals here?? No one sent me the memo...Although I only really wear flip flops for sandals, so I suppose that wouldn't work.

Yes it is. At our Safeway it is kept in the little refrigerated area that has the special cheeses and stuff in it.

Hummus is a type of dip. It is delicious on veggies or crackers! It comes in different flavors. It kind of reminds me of bean dip, but it's healthier. :)

There is no such thing as too old!! I'm 22 and my 42 year old sister has more style than I do! And I'm always working on my 62 year old mom's style haha :wink:

I LOVE Zumba for the Wii! I have the first one and hope to eventually get the second one. It's so great when I don't feel like leaving the house to work out, plus it gives a great burn and is tons of fun! :)

No pills for me (unless you are counting healthy, natural vitamins and the like). I need to lose 100+ pounds and I am making a lifestyle change, not going with a fad that I will just gain back later. :)

On Monday I did W1D1, and it was WAY harder than I thought it would be! At this point it's so easy to believe that I won't ever get there, but then I see stories like these and realize that I can do it! Thank you so much for sharing :)
