Track your food intake meticulously. Otherwise you will feel you are dieting but it wont show any concrete results. Vague numbers aren't good, only results matter which can be determined only if you provide correct input. Increase your workout hours! Loosing wieght is not easy

nice article! I also used to beat myself up for not looking as great as a fashion model. Over time I have come to realise that its health and fitness and not looking skinny that matters.

Yes, classes are so boring! I can never take one! I prefer hiking, swimming, going out jogging.....but never a class!
