  • Losing is hard.. be careful setting a "goal" becuase a lot of the time if you dont completely reach it,,,, it can make you depressed.. believe me ive been there. I was in your position. I began "dieting and exercise" when I hit 193 at 22. Now at 23 I have successfully lost what I wanted to lose and am now one pound away…
