I can totally relate especially with the secret setting . somehow in my brain I think if no one sees me it doesn't count unfortunately the scale does not agree with that logic lol . I am so thankful for this sight I keep my diary open and record everything that way even when I do binge so there's that accountability.

I reward myself daily I have a jar that I decorated and each day I exercise and eat right I get to add one dollar to my jar. I love seeing my money build up and when I do I use it for new clothes, pedicures, or a massage. Something fun that I have earned and I try not to reward myself with food I am a food addict lol.

I would change up your workout I find sometimes I don't see change when I am doing the same thing week after week. Try a fitness class I personally love Zumba.

Yes we have been married now for 14 years it hasn't always been easy we got married one month after I graduated it probably would of been easier if we both would of grown up before hand but we just put God first and not let the word divorce enter our vocabulary.

I know how you feel the same thing happened to me at the gym. It was two skinny girls I felt horrible about myself but then I remembered I am at the gym doing something about it and just let their comments slide off by back easier said then done I know.

You are definitely not alone in this I have about 75 to go. I love how you said you are looking at this not as a diet. I just told my husband the same thing that this is going to be a journey and a new start for me but I am staying away from the word diet. Good Luck to you.
