People who want you to eat something are not "haters." That's the root of this problem. Why concern yourself with them? You don't need to be rude, give reasons, or convince them of anything. Just say, "no thanks." If they persist, ignore them. Or just say you are showing solidarity for (insert third world country)…

25 grams. And unless you have health problems exacerbated by sugar, it doesn't matter to your weight loss efforts and there is no significant reason to track it.
-
Not sure if your theory is right, but I do know that when I ignore texts, it is exactly what I hope will happen.

Definitely agree with this. The first time I saw the website I thought it looked like any number of scams: HUGE claims, lots of verbiage without much substance just hyping up how amazing it is, and at the end... Pay the low, low price of $29.99 and the actual information that's so so awesome can be YOURS TOO! Well, it had…

As long as you have a power rack set up with the safety rails at an appropriate height, you're fine to do it alone. Many, many women do this program. I did it alone and loved it.

It is an "ancient grain," and everyone knows older is better, especially when it comes to food.
-
Assuming you are generally healthy, there's no reason to worry about your sugar intake. it won't affect your weight loss efforts. Focus on total calorie intake and on getting enough protein to sustain your muscles.

If you really want to be elite, I suggest a reflective, thumb-hole running top like this one.
-
To strengthen abs, I really like hanging leg raises. They're the only targeted ab work I do.

Sorry, gross intake means you would not log exercise calories, they are built into the number. So 2800 total, not counting the exercise. Your goal already has a deficit built in, so you shouldn't be "only" 347 calories under or you're already overly restricting. I wouldn't call that anywhere close to your target. I also…

You're not eating enough. Just to breathe and run your internal organs, you need about 2200 calories (gross) at your height/age/weight. To maintain your current weight with NO exercise, you need about 2700 calories (gross). Adding in 3-5 hours of exercise per week sends your maintenance up to 3400 calories, so to lose…

Most important: building a functional foundation of full-body strength with bench press, deadlift, overhead press, and squats You can work full body in the same day, as long as you leave a day between workouts so that your body has time to recover I suggest StrongLifts 5x5, a very simple 12-week program that will progress…

Overall, this is not necessarily true, particularly if you have been working out for a while. Muscle aches do not indicate a good workout, they typically indicate novelty. I see that your trainer makes you ache after every workout; I'd expect that he or she varies the volume and areas worked in order to achieve that…

Nope, that's normal.

Just eat less of whatever you would normally eat. There's no specific food or meal that will help you lose weight. That said, I like eating tuna with mustard and relish. Fewer calories than mayo and I prefer to get my fats from tastier sources.
-
How long have you been doing this program? It sounds like your body is just getting used to the program. When I started lifting, I was the same way. Over time it will get easier. Also make sure you are fueling your body properly for the work you're asking it to do.

OP, nobody has actually answered your question, so here's the answer: you cannot spot reduce. With 20 lbs to go, some of that weight will inevitably drop off your butt.

What, no gofundme link?

Eggs are a pretty poor source of protein unless you're eating 5-6 of them, which will typically screw up your fat macro, because they're about equal parts fat:protein. I get ~150g protein per day eating egg white omelets, tuna, chicken, salmon, beef, protein powder, chicken sausage, greek yogurt, etc. Front-loading my…

The rest day is not primarily for weight training, it is primarily to keep people from overdoing it. If you run every day, you better believe your body needs time to recuperate. That said, OP, you may not need a rest day now or at any time soon, but if one day you wake up and feel like a day off would be helpful to your…

Probably the most imporant point for the majority

Not that I think you made this thread to solicit ideas for lat pulldowns, but have you tried an undergrip lat pulldown with perpendicular forearms like this: I find it engages the lats more and allows me to pull more weight, plus the bar path follows a more natural ROM; no shoulder tweaking occurs.

Anchovies. I'd eat anything for love But I wouldn't eat THAT

A short lesson in English grammar: "Guys," has an S at the end of the word, which indicates plural usage, ie, more than one guy (slang: male human). A single guy (sl: male human) may indeed prefer more or less belly, depending on the guy (male human), however, when speaking of a GROUP, as is indicated by the plural, no…

Congratulations on getting back on track. I think you could really benefit from thinking long and hard about how you got back to where you are. It will probably be unpleasant, but without knowing the mental/emotional reasons you let the physical get to where it did, you won't be able to guard against those things happening…

Log however you want as long as it's accurate for the week.

You are very pretty. All three look exactly the same to me. Minus the eyebrows, of course, but "trapping them" with eyebrows seems like a waste of energy to me. May I suggest a more aggressive Venus Flytrap? (My profile pic is sweaty, no makeup, overheated after a run)

You missed the stage where you wonder if there are any other men on this site.

WHY CAN'T YOU ALL JUST LET ME BE A VICTIM??
