Hey guys, I'm kaity, 27 and need to lose about 25 pounds. I lost some about a month ago but then got lazy and gained even more, before this year I never had an issue with maintaining a healthy weight, then all of the sudden my metabolism slowed way down, so frustrating!

I do keep pretty good track of my sugar intake. Try to stay away from processed sugars but I do slip up sometimes. Get it mostly from fruits and veggies

Hey yeah i would love to juice everyday but in my experience its so expensive! I do juice when i can though
