I like the idea of writting everything down and entering it when you can. There are books out there that you can purchase that will list calories, carbs, protien, fat, sodium etc. And cover almost all foods. I would go to a book store and get one. Start doing some weight training. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn.

I eat Pure Protein bars when I need a chocolate fix. I cut them in 1/4 and one piece is satisfiying for me.

I am modivated because I look at my father inlaw who never did much but sit in a chair and now has an extremely hard time walking and falls a lot. I am motivated because in October my blood preasure was to high and this month I am way back down. My blood worked showed all my test but one have dropped into the normal range…

You go girl. My highest weight was 193 and I am 5' 6". I thought it would be impossible to get down in the 130 ish range and have set my goal for 149. If you can do it so can I. Thanks for the insperation. I have a ways to go but am down 15 and proud of it.
