Yes I own a polar watch hrm for when I exercise..And i'm not sure how much of the calories burned I should be eating back because it says im under the amount i should be eating.

Thats the thing I'm clueless about..I meal prep my food every 2-3 days but I just go by small portions & I try to have at least 4 meals throughout the day..I do believe the reason why Im not losing any weight is more so of my eating than the exercising..I need help with that.
