Personally, and I've seen a trainer mention it in a blog (if I can find the link I'll come back!!), I wouldn't adjust if you are still losing weight, there's no sense taking away calories away and making it harder for yourself if you don't need to! I put garlic with almost everything, but depends what sort of flavours you are going for!
