  • suppose it depends how hard you want to try to maintain your weight once you are there. I am 5ft 8 and have been down to 10 st 2, and although I thought I looked great it ruled my life, at 10 st 8 felt happier and could have the odd treat and still maintain, so was much happier. Suppose it also depends on your build.
