I don't weigh in until Wednesday. Am trying to be good today and tomorrow. I went overboard big time so I am expecting a gain but hoping for a maintain. :smile: Will report back in after I weigh Wednesday.

I am at 99.6. Started January 21, 2011 - which makes it 2 years and 2 months. Just noticed my tracker at bottom has 100 lbs - guess MFP rounds up. :)

I do one similar to this. 2 lbs of chicken breast 4 cans of black beans (rinsed) 2 cans of corn (drained) 2. 5 jars of salsa (more or less to your desire) ground cummin In crock pot on low 4 to 6 hours. Shred chicken and stir back in. During the last 30 minutes you can add cream cheese or sour cream. I don't add this…

Sorry to hear you are having a bad week......but am happy to realize I am not the only one out there that this is happening to. We can get back on the wagon......maybe we just need to slow the wagon down so we can get back on. :laugh:
